The Pebble B&B

The Pebble - Welcome

Upon your arrival you will likely meet our West Highland terrier Dougal who sits prominently on our front lawn. Dougal is a great emissary and has a warm welcome for guests.

Your hostess Elizabeth O'Carroll grew up in Listowel, County Kerry, Ireland, and is now a proud Nova Scotian. Liz prides herself in offering the quintessential Bed & Breakfast experience in soothing surroundings.

You are welcome to enjoy the artwork on the mainfloor by respected Nova Scotian artists. The premises feature hardwood floors throughout with bright sunlit rooms. A large sitting room faces South toward the water of the North West Arm and features comfortable seating for a relaxing read. On a sunny day sit and relax on our stone patio to enjoy the garden and water view.

Just one hundred paces from the arched apple green front door will take you to the water's edge. There a park bench provides a wonderful place to enjoy the multi-colored array of sail boats from the yacht club directly across the inlet. For the adventurous, a five-minute walk takes you to Saint Mary's boatclub where sea-kayaks and canoes can be rented to explore the Arm and visit both Flemming Park or Point Pleasant Park by water.
